Hi i need help?

for 3 weeks iv had the stomach flu and direa now i feel great but i cant eat much at all with out feeling extremly full and i have absolutly no appatite and i have some stomach gas almost a cramping at times and im makeing small regular bm but its onl like a pebble a a time does the flu caus constapation also if it could be the problem would constipation make me not want to eat aneything???
