Should all chain stores like Petco and Petsmart be banned from keeping reptiles?

Well, as always, it depends on who's running each store. The stores near us seem to do an adequate job. Yes, a lot of the employees who know nothing like to give advice regardless of their ignorance, but the stores do keep free, professionally done pamphlets with advice from experts on the care of the different reptiles, available just for the asking.
