How can i get him to like me again?

ok so i had this guy friend ask me out (he's super close to me) and it was the second time and after about 3 days i finally told him no and it wasn't because i didn't like him it's becasue i'm just not ready for another relationship...and now he's super mad at me and wants NOTHING to do with me and i feel bad and i apologized like a billion times but he's just ignoring my e-mails, calls, IMs EVERYTHING! all my friends think it was wrong that i said no and i explained to them why i did but it's no use...i need some serious advise!
