How can I buy MLB 2008 All-star Game tickets, and how much do they cost?

the fanfest is located in the Jacob Jativs Center and its like a convention for the All Stars. Its not the Homerun Derby or anything else. Its a cool experience to go to. But i dont know if the all stat tickets are on sale yet.
