Where are the good girls at?

You know the girls I'm talking about, the nice, sweet, caring, shy, affectionate, independent, mature, fun, smart, conserved, loyal,self respecting,sensitive,down to earth kind of girls. Does a guy have a better chance of finding them at college more than high school or are the girls in college just as celebrity obsessed, loud, obnoxious, dumb, slutty, immature as the girls in my high school. I'm not trying to be judge mental but in my school the teen pregnancy rate is going up every year. I'm good looking and share alot of those "good" traits, but for me finding the right girl is harder than it is to ask one out.
