Rock hard m? please help!?

It needs to be evaluated even though it is not painful. This is probably not a lymph node because of the location. It may be a small herniated bit of muscle. An ingrown hair also is a possibility but it sounds a bit large for that. As I said it needs to be seen by a Doctor.
