Why did Canadians elect an illiterate as Prime Minister in the 90's?
I have a few friends from Hong Kong and Japan who spoke better English than that illiterate half-mouth. I was wondering why Canadians would elect an illiterate to the highest office of the land when his English is worst that those who immigrate here like me?
