To all British residents, please help me?

I live in liverpool, and at the end of the day, that has to be the worst place to live for crimes- but what you seen was just a really, really unlucky coincidence! ive never seen anything like that, and i dont know anyone who has ever seen anything like that. i think a gun is a bit drastic- use something specifically designed for self defence- better yet, take self defence cles! unless you actually have a crime commited on you, dont be to drastic.
