My ex said she did not want me in my babys life after babys born?

I'm 21 and shes 19 and she is due in April. I will have to say when I found out she was pregnant I fled once I found out. I can say I was a douche to her begging her to get a abortion or put it up for adoption or i'd leave her. Well, she told me we did this and that she was going to take care of her actions with or without me. Well i left her and now i live with so much regret. Now, shes in a serious relationship with a guy who said he'd love for the baby to look at him as a father figure and I am so jealous and regrettful for what I did. She texted me couple weeks ago asking me "did I Want to be in babys life because she said I was the father and that she would give me that chance but at the same time she wasnt always going to give me the chance because she scared for baby sake that i'll be in and out and not stay for good" well, my dumb self didn't reply. So I texed yesterday and said I was ready to commit to baby and wanted to work out with her for baby sake and she told me she no longer wanted me in babys life and that all I was was a piece of **** and that she signed a lease in Myrtle Beach and him and her are moving there after baby is born. That is about 5 hours from Raleigh. I feel like a screw up because I want her and the baby in my life now. Can she really stop me from seeing my baby? What do I need to do to have rights to see my baby?
