Filling out a job application for a Baptist childcare center/preschool. Help with two essay questions?

I am not a member of any type of evangelical church and I'm not very familiar with "being saved" and the other things ociated with evangelical faiths. On the essay questions on this job applications, they want to know about my "conversion" and my experience of "being saved". How do I answer these questions without sounding like I'm offensive or insensitive? I've only been ociated with the Catholic and Episcopalian denominations while I was growing up. Any advice for me?
