Guys: I need your opinion on this idea! Girls: tell me if you like it!?

Ok so our Sadies dance is coming up... it's on the 19th. Anyways there is this guy I am thinking about asking. He is in my weight training cl, and the teacher lets us bring in mix cds and I was thinking of playing off of that. I'm gonna make a mix of pump up songs and somewhere in the middle I'm gonna put the song Sadie Hawkins Dance by Reliant K then just go up and ask him. Is this a good idea? I'm not sure what other songs to put on it either so any song suggestions would be great! Oh and how early should I ask him?
