I've disabled all admin users in my PC, How to get access back?

I did this once & had to run System Restore. I recommend doing this when you get into Safe Mode. Go back before you deleted the other accounts. Try Start (lower left corner), then Programs, Accessories, System Tools-System Restore. It worked for me & saved me a lot of grief.
