Well, I'd say come out to your dad and see what he has to say first. He sounds like he would be OK with it and he might be able to help you tell your mom. It's important to have people behind you when your telling some who's not gay friendly that you're gay. So maybe tell some of your friends, your dad, and your sister before trying to tell your mom. And as long as no one complains you can live with your sister because she is over 18. and if some one dose complain she can fight for custody of you until you're 18. as long as she's willing too.
