My new computer (pc-not a laptop) won't run sims 2 properly....?

If you do the game probably isn't made for Vista, most of the older games that i have will not run on Vista, only the newer ones. Check your box see if it says Vista ready if not that is your problem. You will have to go to that web site see if they have a up date for Vista, or a newer game out that is Vista ready,
