Why Isn't BP Under Criminal Investigation?

Ask yourself, what did they do that was wrong? It was clearly an accident where there equipment failed and let a methane gas bubble up the tube and look out explosion. Yea it suck what they are doing to the environment but Obama will have them clean up the mess.
