Will an EVGA 9600 GT 512mb run Crysis at very high settings?

A 9600GT is almost identical to an 8800GT. You won't be able to run it at Very High settings with a playable framerate. You should be able to play in DX9 mode with high settings and a few very high mixed in and maintain a decent framerate.
